Day by Day

I think it's time I started to seriously start putting things into perspective and get all of my ducks in line. Hating it, and although things hardly go "smoothly or super easily", it's still something that needs to be done, otherwise who knows where I'll end up. Let's get this show on the road folks and get shiiiiiiit done!

Trilogy

For all who are into "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo" trilogy .. Netflix has the trilogy series consisting of extended versions split up into a total of 6 episodes of all three original (or sweedish) versions of the movies.

First two episodes are of the first movie, episodes three and four are of the second, and obviously (last but not least) the fifth and sixth episodes are of the last & final movie. Watched the first half of the first movie last night before finally going to bed and will hopefully watch the second half tonight. Excited!!! Each episode seems to be roughly an hour and half long totaling each to be a grand total of about three hours. Joy!

Ps. For all who have netflix and are interested in watching these movies .. They have it streaming so you don't have to add it to your que. Now if only I can get through the current series of books I'm reading fairly quickly, I can start reading this trilogy! Sooooo many books to read and not enough time in the day.

Time Change

This Spring Forward time change is absolutely killing me! It seems like it's taking me forever to fully adjust and since then, I've slept poorly. For only an hour difference, for some reason, I'm lagging on the adjustment aspect. Sighs .. Hopefully by Monday I'll be good as new with getting a bit of "extra" rest and relaxation over the rest of the week and weekend.

Cousins

So on Sunday, I drove to Murrieta, CA for my little niece's 6th birthday bash. It was fun while I was there (for the most part, had a bit of a headache which felt like the onset of a migraine) but the drive was annoying. Anyone who lives in Southern California knows that the 91 Freeway is a nightmare no matter which way you're going, and the 15 is usually hit or miss on how bad the traffic is. Anywho ... Here are a couple of awesome photo's of some cousinly love.

Birthday(s)

So yesterday there were two birthdays of two people that I care for. One being the good ole s/o (significant other), and my second cousin (of which I call my niece). I can't believe she's 6 already when it seems like she was just born no more than a year ago. Eeeeesh. I guess that's what happens though.

"Can't trust that day". Love that song! Well, it's the first full day back to work and from a long weekend in Vegas. What an awesome trip.

... Has left the building! Tonight was the wedding and it was an absolute blast!

Tomorrow it's back on the road to go home. So far, it's been an absolute blast!!!

So we're in Vegas, it's Friday, and I'm having a blast!
Tomorrow will be another fun filled day here with a good ole Vegas wedding.

Just About That Time

The time is coming up on our departure for Las Vegas, and I am super excited. The day has seemed to be taking it's sweet time on each hour and/or passing minute. It's at the point now where I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and it's just out of arms reach but oh so close.

Meh - Undecided

Firstly, I guess I'll start with that tonight I'll be fairly busy with a couple of last minute errands, laundry, and packing. Oh joy! Tomorrow, although technically Thursday, will be my Friday. After work, like mentioned I think in a previous post, we'll be leaving and making way to good ole Las Vegas, NV. SO excited for this trip, and am really looking forward for this mini trip/vacation.

I'm undecided about an upcoming event that's being held at the Orange County Fairgrounds the first weekend of March [2nd - 4th]. I'm really, really wanting to go, but not necessarily wanting to spend the money for it. It's current prices are $25 for one day, or $50 for all three. I'm sure I can probably spare at least the $25 if not the full $50 for the whole weekend if I manage my expenses right and make sure to stay on top of things. Sighs. We'll see I guess.
